MAAM is a digital program for mums and dads that strengthens and harnesses their newfound skills for your business. MAAM is designed for parents of children aged 0 to 3. Participants can take the program before, during and after their maternity and paternity leave.

How does it work?

Neurosciences and new emotions enable people to deal with big life changes, such as the challenges of becoming a parent. On top of this, parents need an effective organizational plan to manage the complex tasks that come with raising a child. In short, they need real managerial skills!

POWERFUL LIFE-BASED TRAINING IN AN ENGAGING AND REWARDING DIGITAL FORMAT

MAAM speaks multiple training languages. It delivers inspirational videos, texts and scientific insights; open questions that stimulate reflection; self-assessment questionnaires; and the opportunity to share experiences and emotions with other new parents.

A big part of the journey references life experiences through ‘real-life missions’. These missions enable participants to apply the behaviors, insights, skills and awareness they have gained from the program in their daily working and family lives.

It enables people to enhance skills that are vital in their personal and professional lives – and transfer and use what they learn between work and home.

DEEP LEARNING IN 12 TRAINING GROUNDS

MAAM’s 12 training grounds are at the heart of the training experience. Each training ground features exercises that unlock and enrich parents’ talents – and enable them to bring their new skills back into their roles.

SHARING IDEAS, INSIGHTS AND PROGRESS IN THE COMMUNITY

MAAM’s community gives participants a safe space to share their thoughts and experiences of being a parent – and their progress in the program. They can also search for and contact other parents on the program, based on their geographical area and interest.

It’s also the place where MAAM’s Community Manager reaches out to support participants, such as: answering questions, offering encouragement, solving technical issues.

GETTING BACK TO WORK

New parents on the MAAM journey are invited to put the skills they learn with parenthood into practice at work. How? Through our digital tool, MAAM Manager, which establishes a direct and personal channel between your people and their managers. The solution creates a collaborative atmosphere and enhances your employees’ resources.

MAAM parla molteplici linguaggi formativi: video ispirazionali, testi e approfondimenti scientifici, domande aperte che stimolano la riflessione, questionari di autovalutazione, confronto e condivisione delle proprie esperienze ed emozioni con altri neo-genitori.

La nostra community manager è il supporto diretto per tutti i partecipanti MAAM: risponde a questioni tecniche, stimola la partecipazione, orienta nel percorso e ricorda, ogni settimana, l’appuntamento con MAAM.

BACK TO WORK

Al rientro al lavoro, i neogenitori che si sono esercitati con MAAM, sono invitati a mettere in pratica le competenze apprese con la genitorialità direttamente nella quotidianità lavorativa. Il canale diretto e personalizzato che si instaura con il proprio manager, grazie a MAAM Manager, favorisce un clima collaborativo volto a valorizzare le rinnovate risorse dei dipendenti.
